The Laundry Hub is a service platform in the UAE that helps busy employees manage their laundry and dry-cleaning needs. The client wanted to move beyond simple pickup scheduling and give users more control over their orders.

My Role

I led the redesign across mobile, web, and landing page — creating a clear, step-by-step flow where users could easily choose specific services (wash & fold, dry clean, press only).

Process

Conducted a full redesign to simplify and clarify the user journey.

Focused on intuitive UI patterns to make service selection effortless.

Designed in Figma over 2 months, followed by 3 months of QA after development to refine usability.

Outcome

The result was a mobile-first, user-friendly platform that made ordering laundry services more precise, efficient, and convenient — improving user satisfaction while reducing order errors for providers.
