My Role

Led the UI/UX design for the entire website and mobile experience.

Managed and mentored a small team of design interns, guiding them through research, wireframing, and prototyping tasks.

Defined user flows and oversaw the creation of high-fidelity designs in Figma, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Coordinated with developers to maintain design integrity, responsive behavior, and quality assurance before launch.

Designed a mobile-first journey focused on discovery → product selection → checkout.

Built a clean UI system with scalable components (product cards, menus, filtering tools).

Ran QA reviews with interns and devs to polish the experience across devices.
