Frond is a playful project management app designed to make organizing everything from a wedding to a trip to New York to a weekly sprint, simple and enjoyable.

The Challenge

The client wanted a project management tool that wasn’t just for work, but for life. Something lighthearted and easy to use, compared to the overwhelming, corporate feel of most PM apps.

Our goal: design an experience that’s as fun as it is functional.

Research: Analyzed leading competitors (Asana, Trello, Notion) to spot gaps in usability and tone.

Wireframes: Built flows for task creation, collaboration, and tracking across both mobile and web.

Design System: Developed a friendly, simple system with playful colors, rounded UI elements, and consistent patterns.

Testing: Iterated based on QA feedback to ensure smooth, bug-free handoff to development.
